If upon arrival at the property, we feel additional charges will apply, we will always contact you prior to beginning, to confirm new pricing so there are no surprises. We try to be as accurate as possible in our quoting, but there are many different property types and sometimes an unrealistic level of uncleanliness or undisclosed details means that we have to increase costs. 

Upon request and additional charges, we can also complement your clean with professional carpet cleaning or pest control. 

All prices are inclusive of GST.

PAYMENT

We require payment in full before commencing a clean. If you are paying via Eftpos or cash, you’re welcome to pay on the day of your booking, before we begin. We also accept direct deposit, but please be sure to allow a couple of days for the money to clear, so therefore must be completed before the day of the booking.
